We introduced the idea of ‘homing’ for goods at Big Lots Home as every shopper’s little secret to bargains you can brag about.
HOW WE GOT THERE:
With the home decor space being very competitive, we wanted to stand out by creating messaging that positioned Big Lots Home as the choice for savvy shoppers. We even blindfolded real shoppers to capture a genuine first reactions.
This work was used to help launch 13 test stores for the company.
